Unexpectedly, I was faced with the task of cleaning out an apartment filled with a large array of antique furniture, as well as treasures and art accumulated during many years. This email is to thank you for the amazing estate sale you performed at my house in March 2020. The conditions were tough but you succeeded in finding a way to carry on regardless. The corona virus restrictions and precautions were just coming into force at the time of the sale. You had the quick wit to shift from a crowds-through-the-house approach to a website-catalog of pictures for potential customers to review and make appoints to see and buy. It worked for the higher ticket items and a few passing-through items. In any case, you made it happen. Also, I have to commend you for clearing out the stuff that did not sell. You found places that accepted
lots of my old stuff making it more like recycling than dumping. But you did all the dumping, too, and left the place empty, clean and squared away. And you courteously pointed out to me my responsibilities as the owner, for which I am grateful. So, by wit, grit, patience, and a smile you made the sale a huge success for me.

Norman Legassie was recommended to me by a friend who had worked with him liquidating a relative’s estate and was impressed by his competence and sensitivity.
